Bought a pair of earrings on clearance. Great price and free shipping! But they arrived a bit beat up. I reached out to share my disappointment, but not for a refund. They quickly responded and provided a refund anyway. Wonderful customer service. I know they take pride in their merchandise and listen to their customers. Will definitely order and visit again!

went to get a permanent jewelry anklet which ended up being $220. less then 4 hours later with barely walking to get dinner, it fell off. now with this price for PERMANENT jewelry obviously we expected the most from it, especially for it to stay on for more then said hours at least. owner would not pay attention to customer problem instead started listing her own. she did not give us a refund or a replacement. with that being said my wasted money is likely going towards another chain they can put on someone who will for sure have the same problem!

In the summer of 2024, I purchased a “permanent” bracelet, which was not sautered as tightly as it should have been. I was told I could come back and have it tightened. I spent a year being a careful as possible. Fast forwarding to 2025, I went in to have it tightened and it told it would cost $10. Fine. I sat while the bracelet was played with for 54 minutes for the owner to state that I stretched it (by snagging it on something) & they were not about to fix it. I asked her what the options were, as they are expensive, and SUPPOSED to be permanent. She stated I could “keep the bracelet” but there is nothing else they can do. It is sad considering that the women in my family do a beach trip yearly and visit the boutique. The boutique should take pride and stand behind their products, especially the ones that are supposed to be permanent. I am extremely disappointed, as I really loved the jewelry. I will NEVER go back.
